Richard Bernard, DDS
Drawn to Central Illinois’ numerous outdoor activities, this Chicagoland native has slowly integrated to the Canton area over the last 20 years. Practicing patience and precision both in and outside the office, Dr. Bernard works to make you feel relaxed and at ease during your visit.
Dr. Bernard attended Loyola University and the University of Illinois at Chicago for his undergraduate degree in Biology. He graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1979 and began his private practice at a multi-specialty medical center in Ingleside, Illinois. He practiced for 27 years at that location before he and his family relocated to Canton.
When he isn’t at the office, Dr. Bernard can be found spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, fishing, and working with his dog, Buddy. Dr. Bernard and his wife, Gail, have been married for over 24 years. Their daughter Lisa is a senior at St. Francis School of Nursing.
